The transfer portal has been a contemptuous area of debate over the past few months.
I don’t believe the portal is inherently evil (watch here).
However, when you mix the one-time transfer rule with NIL (name, image, likeness) deals, things can get a bit messy.
With the recent Real Woods transfer situation, there have been a bunch of rumors floating around with money deals that were made.
